Role Overview:
- Consistent hours: Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 4:00pm.
- Design and Monitor Tailored Programs using VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.
- Engage with Families, Providing Training & Updates.
- Mentor and Lead Interns & RBTs.
- Attend to Admin and Communication Needs.
- Champion Client Safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience as a BCBA.
- Master's Degree Required.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Physically Active: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be versatile in interactions.
- Clear Background Check.
